The Choreography Program at the Jerusalem Academy of Dance and Music, with students from the Departments of Music and New Media
Movement, sound and video are media that circulate in space over the same time span, delineating an area and structuring an event around a common object. The project, a collaboration between the Choreography Program at the Jerusalem Academy of Dance and Music with students from the departments of Music and New Media, takes place for the eighth time this year. It attempts to investigate the relations between visual art, music and dance based on an inclusive approach that sees neither as subservient to the other, but as autonomous art forms working together.
The work is a joint project of the Choreography Program, the Faculty of Dance, at the Jerusalem Academy of Dance and Music, with 3rd year students from the Departments of New Music and 2nd year students from the Department of New Media.
